Our guide was the most pleasant woman who took us locally to purchase our ingredients then to a home where we were welcomed graciously. We were served mint tea and then went step by step to make 4 starters (Moroccan tomato salad, potato salad, Carmelized carrots and an eggplant dish) and 2 tajines (vegetable and chicken). All my expectations were met this lovely afternoon cooking with Chef Khmisa and Salma. Starting off with a trip to the market to buy the couscous ingredients, then off to the house for a lovely Moroccan mint tea. The class took a total of two hours, after which we sat down to a scrumptious meal. The friendly hosts and recipe I’m looking forward to trying at home made this a worthwhile, commendable experience
