We had a great cooking class! My mom and I loved learning how to make vegetarian laksa, and Fizah told us a lot about Malaysia's food and cooking culture. Delicious food, and great cats as well :)

+83 枚の写真Me and my friends absolutely loved this experience. It was a great start to our trip to Malaysia, it was our first visit and Fiza introduced us to the cuisine with fun and flavour. She’s authentic and really makes it enjoyable. We learned so much and had a great afternoon. I would highly recommend this if you are a foodie. Thanks again, Fiza. Misty, Ninon and Nicole Xxx
This was one of our favorite experiences in Kuala Lumpur! Fiza was incredibly sweet, personable, and friendly throughout the entire class. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable, and it was really special that she opened her beautiful home to us for such an authentic experience. We had so much fun learning to make Nasi Lemak and Kuih Ketayap from scratch. Everything was delicious, and Fiza was patient, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of our questions along the way. It felt much more...続きを読む
Hello Colton & Megan, It was such a great pleasure having you both in the class! We Malaysians always love to open our doors to our guests, treat them warmly, and make them feel welcome throughout the experience. It was wonderful having you both with us. I really hope you’ll recreate what you learned when you return home and bring a little taste of Malaysia with you. Again, thank you so much for your kind review. It truly means a lot to us. All the best from Malaysia, and we hope to see you both again next time! Regards, Fizah
私のリクエストを汲んでくれて、カレーラクサをつくりました! わかりやすくて、終わった後にレシピももらい、日本でも作れそうです!

This was a great activity to do together as a family; everyone was able to participate, even our elementary aged kids got in on chopping veggies and spices. It was a great way to learn more about the food culture. The food was delicious and I’m excited to try to recreate the meal when I return ...続きを読む
