これは単なる料理教室ではありません。大きな植物園、バニラ プランテーション、カカオ プランテーション、サトウキビ工場、そしてもちろん地元の人々との料理教室を紹介します。薬草園に特に焦点を当てて、私たちの料理文化の食材と歴史について学ぶために、素敵な短いハイキングから始めます。
その後、地元の家に戻り、コスタリカでおいしい食事を作るために使用されるカット、ドレッシング、ミキシング、調理技術を段階的に説明します.
