専属シェフがすべてのステップを指導し、完璧なスパイスミックスの選択とブレンド、材料のマリネ、そしてモロッコ料理を非常に独特なものにしているスロークッキングテクニックの習得など、伝統的なチキンのタジンを一から作る方法を学びます。 また、モロッコのミントティーの儀式、その準備、歴史、モロッコの日常生活における重要性についても学びます。
セッションの最後には、美しくセッティングされたテーブルに一緒に座り、焼きたてのパン、ミントティー、伝統的なデザートとともに、作った食事を楽しみます。 レシピカードと修了証書を受け取り、自宅で本格的なモロッコの味を再現できる自信が得られます。
