We have been visiting the Hunter Valley for over 30 years and this weekend decided to try something different by visiting Martin Jackson's Honey Wines Meadery. From the hello to farewell, Martin was welcoming and very knowledgeable about his product. He was open to all questions and not just around the available products. The flavours of Mead on offer were diverse and very tasty (our favourites were the Turkish Delight and Cola Mead). Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

We had a fantastic time. Our host was really friendly, very informative and knowledgeable. We had an excellent visit. We enjoyed the many different flavours of mead and honey.

What a fantastic place! The tasting paddle gave me plenty of options to try along with the various honey’s afterwards. I learned so much and boy these bees do some work!
