このツアーは、何世代にもわたってレシピを完璧に作り上げてきた地元のベンダーが作る本格的なユカテカン名物を味わいながら、市場を訪れ、隠れたコーナーを歩く3時間（1周）のツアーです。
コチニータ・ピビルのタコスやサルブテ、新鮮な季節のフルーツや地域のお菓子など、一口一口がこの街の文化や伝統を物語っています。 道中、現地ガイドがメリダの食の遺産、日常生活、各料理の背景にある歴史について洞察を共有します。
少人数制（10名）で、メリダの本格的なフードシーンを探索し、ユカタンの味を通して真のスピリットを発見できます。
