メキシコ料理が好きで、伝統的な方法で代表的な料理の作り方を学びたいですか？ これは授業ではなく、地元の人しか知らない味にどっぷり浸かり、その地域の様々な伝統料理の作り方を学び、それを自分の故郷でも簡単に再現できるようにするものです。 メキシコ料理の専門用語の意味や、先コロンブス時代から伝統的な調理器具が使われてきた理由を学ぶことができます。 カルネ・エン・ス・フゴ、ポソレ、タマル、チレ・レジェノス、テキーラ入りハリートスなど、それぞれの料理に最適な食材を選ぶ方法を学びます。テキーラベースのドリンク、メインコース、デザート、サイドディッシュを含むフルメニューもご用意しています。ご連絡いただければ、選択肢をご案内いたします。 ベジタリアンやビーガンの方にもお楽しみいただけるメニューをご用意しております。 食事制限がある場合や、規定の人数よりも多いグループの場合は、事前に遠慮なくご連絡ください。
