商業料理学校ではなく、本物のシェフの自宅で開催。
この体験は、演出ではなく、個人的なものを感じるように設計されています。 個々の放送局がある教室ではなく、イタリアのようにすべてが一緒に起こる本当の家庭にいることになります。
プロの厨房で訓練を受けたシェフであり、ここで重視しているのは、単にレシピに従うことではなく、テクニックを理解することです。
厳選した食材を使い、近道を避け、少人数制で全員が関わるように心がけています。
プロの料理と、リラックスした歓迎の雰囲気のバランスがとれていて、自分のやっていることをよく知っている友人と料理をするような感じです。
