経験の詳細
訪問中、クライアントはブドウの木から直接それぞれのブドウを分析して味わい、酸味、甘さ、成熟時間、収穫時期などの違いを特定することができます。ブドウの収穫からワインの瓶詰めまでのプロセスを説明します。
その後、ワイナリーを訪れ、ぶどうの圧搾から発酵、ろ過、瓶詰めまでの製造工程の各段階について説明を受けます。
その後、テイスティングでは、エンシエラ ヴィンヤード リザーブ、エンシエラ カルメネール、ロゼ、イコノ ポレル ワインを試飲します。
当社の製品は非公開であり、登録商標を通じて販売されています。
訪問は約1時間続き、私たちを予約する主な理由は、所有者が出席し、私たちが生産する各ワインを試飲するブティックブドウ園にいるという経験があるからです.
