経験の詳細
訪問中、クライアントはブドウの木から直接それぞれのブドウを分析して味わい、酸味、甘さ、成熟時間、収穫時期などの違いを特定することができます。ブドウの収穫からワインの瓶詰めまでのプロセスを説明します。
その後、ワイナリーを訪れ、ブドウの破砕から発酵プロセス、その後のろ過と瓶詰めまで、生産プロセスの各段階について説明を受けます。
この後、次のワインを試飲します: エンシエラ ヴィンヤード リザーブ、エンシエラ カルメネール、ロゼ
