サルデーニャの羊飼いの足跡と、モンタルボディシニスコラに近い山頂であるプンタクペティの山道をたどります。
古代の集落と天然温泉を発見してください。典型的なサルデーニャ料理とワインを味わいながら、夕日と無限の風景を楽しむのに最適な場所に行きましょう。
誰にでも適したトレッキング。山頂までの最後の足にパノラマ階段がある登山道（帰りを含めて1時間30分）を45分間歩きます。
Sas Vininzolasで、羊飼いの活動の古代遺跡と有名なPinnatu（古い羊飼いの帽子）を見ることができます。
少し歩くと、プンタクペティの頂上（1,029 mts）に到着します。ここでは、羊飼いのパンのカラザウ、サルデーニャのチーズとソーセージ、サポンピア（シニスコラのユニークな柑橘系デザート）などの典型的なサルデーニャ料理を味わうことができます。いくつかの良い地元のサルデーニャワイン。
バンに戻ると、地元の人と同じように天然水の泉に立ち寄って真水を飲みます。
