料理に情熱を傾ける2人のモロッコ人女性KhmisaとKawtarが、マラケシュで、純粋なモロッコ料理の伝統と家族と温かい雰囲気の中でメディナの中心にあるKhmisaの場所で食事をします。モロカン料理とペストリーを専門とする25年前のシェフ、クミサは、ラバトとマラケシュの都市にあるいくつかの有名なホテルで働いています。おもてなしと観光の学士号を取得したKawtarは、料理教室であなたを支援し、あなたとシェフとのコミュニケーションを支援します。
到着時に、伝統的なミントティーでお迎えし、最も典型的な最高のモロッコ料理で構成されるメニューの選択肢について話し合います。メニューはスターター/メインコース/デザートになります。まずシェフクミサと一緒にオールドスークに行きます。新鮮な食材を購入するためにスークを散策します。家に戻ったら、準備を始めます。
