私たちの料理教室に参加して、料理の仕方を学びながら楽しい時間を過ごしましょう。これは普通のクラスではありません。マラケシュにある設備の整ったキッチンで、午前 10:30 または午後 17:30 のどちらかの時間帯に 4 時間過ごします。地元のシェフの指導を受けながら、料理のプロになれます。料理を始める前に、一緒に地元の市場に行って、最も新鮮な野菜や食材を手に入れます (10:30 のセッションのみ)。
袖をまくって料理を始めましょう! モロッコのシェフのように皮をむき、切り刻み、料理にスパイスを加える方法をお教えします。料理をしながら、モロッコの文化や歴史についておしゃべりして、特別な体験をしましょう。でも、ここが楽しいところです。1 つの料理を学ぶだけでなく、すべてのスパイスを使ってさまざまな料理を作るのです。
