ラメゾンアラブでの先駆的な精神により、2001年にモロッコ王国で最初の料理学校を開設しました。マラケシュに滞在する料理愛好家は、モロッコの伝統料理の秘密を発見することができます。ワークショップは、ダダ（伝統的なモロッコ料理）、アルゴンサイドの翻訳者（アラビア語/英語/フランス語）によって実施され、リヤドホテルラメゾンアラブ近くの料理学校、またはof騒から離れた秘密の庭園によって開催されます。メディナ。ラメゾンアラブのモロッコ料理ワークショップでは、最先端の設備を備えた美しい新しいワークショップでモロッコ料理の準備の詳細を学ぶことができます。ワークステーションは個々のもので、最高品質の新鮮な地元の食材のみが使用されています。
ラメゾンアラブの料理ワークショップには2つのオプションがあります。
* 1時間のエクスプレスモロッコ料理ワークショップ：1日2セッション：午後1:30（昼食）および午後6:30（夕食）。
* 3時間のモロッコ料理ワークショップ：午前10時（昼食）と午後3時（夕食）に1日2セッション。
