マラケシュで開催される、体験型のテイスティングと淹れ方ワークショップを通して、モロッコの紅茶とコーヒーの伝統を体験してみませんか。
まずは、伝統的なモロッコのミントティーの儀式から始めましょう。 お茶の淹れ方、甘みの付け方、注ぎ方、そして出し方を学び、なぜお茶がモロッコの人々の日常生活においてこれほど重要な役割を果たしているのかを探ってみましょう。
続いて、モロッコのコーヒーと、芳香豊かな食材を地元の食卓にもたらした歴史的なスパイス交易路について紹介します。 シナモン、カルダモン、サフラン、タイム、フェンネル、アニスなど、様々なハーブやスパイスの香りや味を確かめながら、それぞれの食材が風味や香りにどのような影響を与えるかを学びましょう。
地元のホストと一緒に、モロッコ風スパイスコーヒーを作ってみましょう。 さまざまなスパイスの組み合わせを試して、自分だけのモロッコ風コーヒーブレンドを作り、味わってみましょう。
最後に、ガイド付きの試食を行い、自分で作った様々な味を比較し、甘味、スパイス、香りのバランスを取るための実践的なコツを学びましょう。

Excellent experience
We had wonderful time with Issam who was very welcoming and knowledgeable. For two hours we were tasting and learning about Moroccan tea and coffee making. Would totally recommend.

Didn't realise Moroccan...
Didn't realise Moroccan coffee was so different from what I'd been drinking elsewhere. The spice blend we made is now something I'll try at home.

Traditional Moroccan Coffee & Tea Experience
A beautiful coffee and tea ceremony in a very relaxing and authentic atmosphere. Everything was perfectly organized and presented with great care and passion. The coffee tasting was delicious and very special, with wonderful aromas and traditional preparation methods explained in detail. Meriem gave an excellent and very warm explanation about the spices, flavors, coffee, tea traditions, and Moroccan culture.
