この体験では、通常の観光ルートから外れたナポリの真髄を訪れ、水牛のモッツァレラチーズなど、この地域の代表的なチーズが何世代にもわたって生産されてきた歴史あるチーズ工場を訪問します。 職人の技術から最終的な準備まで、フレッシュチーズ製造の秘密を発見します。
ツアーでは、工場を見学するだけでなく、柑橘類や地元の植物が生い茂る庭園を歩きながら、自然の香りと新鮮なチーズを味わい、五感をフルに刺激する体験をしていただけます。 典型的な南イタリア料理を作ったり、リコッタチーズと新鮮なレモンを使った特製ティラミスを味わったり、当店の職人が作るリモンチェッロを楽しんだりできます。
