当店自慢のテイスティング。ギリシャワインの秘密を楽しく紹介します。まずはワインのテイスティングの基本原則を理解することから始めます。地元のテロワールが各ワインの味わいにどのように影響しているかを理解するために、主要なワイン産地それぞれの独特の特徴について説明します。この際、ギリシャの代表的なワインをそれぞれ異なる地域から 5 種類、白 3 種類と赤 2 種類を試飲します。さまざまな料理との組み合わせについて話し合いながら、ワインの経験をさらに高めるために地元の職人技のチーズを提供します。
