地元の家庭料理人が教える家庭料理で、名物の中国語料理を体験。 このクラスは、通常の餃子ワークショップよりも奥深い内容で、すべてのラップを手作りし、スープが詰まった店内を作り、小龍包ならではの伝統的な折り方を学びます。 マーケットウォーク、文化的な見識、オーガニック食材、MSGを使用しない、まさに本物の親密な料理体験です。 夜のクラスではテンプルストリートのナイトマーケットを訪れ、香港の屋台料理を学びます。
