パエリア: 代々受け継がれる家の伝統
パエリアは子供の頃から家族にとってとても特別な儀式だった。 祖母たちのアドバイスや教えのおかげで、今皆さんにお伝えしたい料理と同じものを再現することができました。 絶品のマヨルカパエリアを作るためのすべてのステップと秘密を学びます。 伝統的には魚や魚介類で作るが、好みに応じてベジタリアン版や肉版も用意できる。
舞台はトラムンタナ山脈にある魔法の村、バニャルブファル。 父は15年以上前にこの地に定住し、現在の私たちの家と動物たちの家を作り上げました。 キッチンはポーチの上にあり、庭とともに、牧歌的な雰囲気を醸し出し、料理をしたり、忘れられない瞬間を共有したりします。
