私が生まれた街、パペーテへの愛をイメージし、味わいながら、おいしい料理の逃避行をご提供します。私がポリネシア人として、そして世界の国民として生まれ、繁栄した島、タヒチでの生活にどっぷり浸かりました。ココナッツミルクをかけた有名な生魚を囲みながら、典型的な朝食から始めます。その後、すべてのテイスティング (最低 10 回) のリズムに合わせて、街、その歴史、味についてご案内します。有名なパペーテ市場から私の心に近い小さな隠れた宝石まで、私の日常生活を特徴づける住所をご紹介します。今朝は一緒に、パペーテの活気に満ちた食文化、私たちが味わうすべてのものの背後にある味、物語、登場人物を探求し、祝います。地元の名物料理から子供の頃の軽食、そして現代の屋台の食べ物まで、パペーテではお腹が空くことはありません。
