We had a lovely time at the monastery. The hermit cave was well worth the visit. We then went to Sofias house where she made fresh baked bread home made halloumi and Cypriot coffee. The 2 winery’s were very informative and plenty of local wine tasting. Our guide,Janis, was excellent and made us all laugh. Highly recommended!
One of the best wine tasting trips I have done. Excellent guide, good traditional lunch. Two wineries visited and eight wines sampled. Highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing day! Beautiful traditional villages, great local wines, and a very enjoyable atmosphere throughout. Perfect mix of culture, scenery, and relaxation.
Eva, the guide, was very good, she talked all through the day and was very informative. The meal at Sophia’s house was simple , but delicious. The wine tasting was fantastic especially the second winery , absolutely stunning views. Well worth the money.
Amazing trip! Great value for money, and an air conditioned coach which was a lifesaver in the heat! Iva our guide was fantastic, and the experience at Sofia's House was awesome. It was also really lovely walking around Sofia's village and being able to eat the fruits from the trees, and being welcomed by the friendly people living in the village. A real view into traditional Cypriot life in the villages. We loved it!
