ボローニャ発の小さなグループ職人のフードツアーで、エミリア・ロマーニャの本当の味を発見しましょう。 パルミジャーノ・レッジャーノ、地元のワイン、伝統的なバルサミコ酢など、この地域を代表する特産品を生み出している3つの家族経営の生産者を訪ねてみましょう。
情熱的な地元のホストに導かれ、パルメザンの早朝のクルージングからバルサミコ樽のゆっくりとした熟成まで、本格的な料理作りの技術を舞台裏で目撃します。 地元のワイナリーで、さまざまな品種を味わい、エミリアの独特なテロワールが、その土地の料理と深く結びついたシャキッとした白から滑らかな赤まで、それぞれのワインの特徴をどのように形作っているかを学びましょう。 途中、典型的なイタリア語の朝食と、各停留所での寛大なテイスティングをお楽しみください。
