We had the most wonderful experience with Chef Simonetta. She created such a special and memorable day for our family, teaching us how to make fresh pasta in a way that was fun, relaxed, and truly authentic. Simonetta was warm, patient, knowledgeable, and so generous with her time and hospitality. The entire experience felt personal and beautifully organized from start to finish.
