アドリア海近くの本物のイタリア語の家庭に足を踏み入れ、地元の家族（息子、母、ノンナ）の3世代並んで、アメリカ人の共同司会者と一緒に伝統的なアブルッツォ料理を調理します。
自家製パスタ、郷土料理のレシピ、ワイン、温かい会話など、親密な雰囲気の中でリラックスした午後または夕方をお楽しみください。
料理教室に行くというより、夕食に招待されるような感覚です。
