We had a wonderful 3.5 hr tour with Wei Shen Ooi as our guide. The food we tried was so good and a great diverse selection. He was very knowledgeable and told us many details about the food and also the areas we were walking through. Great tour and would thoroughly recommend.
I wasn't sure how easy it would be to find a food tour as a vegetarian but Gary made the tour super accommodating for my diet, especially as I wanted a cross-section of Penang's street food scene. I was just as keen to learn about the historical and cultural roots of Penang as I was to eat the food.
