私はオルチャ渓谷に拠点を置くトスカーナ生まれです。シンプルで本格的な、おいしい食べ物が大好きです。私は 20 年以上料理をしており、2022 年までこの地域で最も人気のあるレストランの 1 つを経営していました。
私は今、完全なホームコンフォートのために、プロフェッショナルかつ秘密厳守のサービスを提供することにしました。
調理準備のあらゆる段階を観察し、食材や地域について質問する機会があります。すべて私が対応させていただきます。信頼できる地元の生産者から購入し、モンテプルチャーノやモンタルチーノ周辺のワイナリーから購入できる最高のワインの組み合わせを喜んで提案します。私の経験を喜んで皆さんと共有し、トスカーナのこの地域や休暇中に訪れるべきアクティビティや場所についてのアドバイスや情報を提供したいと思います。
