Dear Gazelle27, Our Gelato Tasting Tour was designed by Valeria, our trained pastry chef...a very picky pastry chef, so you can imagine that the quality of everything you tasted was beyond perfect and delicious! Strolling around the backroads of the Roman center, enjoying gelato and learning quite a bit of the history of our gorgeous city is a treat!
