The only critical comment I can offer is the location and directions provided in the confirmation email were to a nondescript location in Como and did not call out the unit number for the lesson. But we found Beatrice and she was wonderfully friendly and engaging. We've made pizza for years but this lesson has helped us take our pizza to the next level. My wife and I made 4 individual pizzas that were delicious, and Beatrice provided beer for us to have when we consumed our creations. As good...続きを読む

What an amazing experience!!!! David from Slow Lake Como met us at Piazza Volta and he drove the four of us to a nearby village 10 minutes away to Pio’s house where we were treated like family! Valentina was our chef and we baked bread with her and then we each make our own pizza in a wood fired pizza oven in their kitchen. We drank wine, ate delicious appetizers and lots of amazing pizza.
