通常のワイナリー訪問とは異なり、この体験は一般公開されていない地下の特別なサンクチュアリで行われます。 アクセスは完全予約制です。つまり、グループでスペース全体（および専属ソムリエ）を独り占めできます。
テイスティングするワインは、地球上で最も驚異的なテロワールのひとつ、ヴェスヴィオ山の麓にある火山性の土壌で栽培されています。
