知識豊富なホストが、地元の人々が食前の軽食を求めてよく訪れるアバセリアから始まる 2 か所へご案内します。ここでは、3 種類のソーセージ、3 種類のチーズ、シェリー酒を 1 杯お楽しみいただけます。食べ物や飲み物を楽しみながら、地元で作られたソーセージに特に重点を置いた、最高級のイベリコ肉を作る全プロセスをガイドします。これらの味を味わいながら、豚の飼育から丁寧に作られた飼料、肉の塩漬けに至るまで、プロセスの各段階に込められた専門知識と細部へのこだわりを理解するでしょう。

The best time of my trip to Seville, the host was lovely and the group was super friendly. The best moment was the Iberian ham tasting, an experience to be repeated.
