私たちのブドウ畑はプエブロ・エデンの岩だらけの山腹にあります。 土壌のミネラル特性と海洋の影響は、ユニークなワインを持続的に生産するための理想的な条件を作り出します。 プンタ・デル・エステからわずか数分、大西洋で生まれ、山々を横断するパノラマルート12沿いに、非日常を過ごすのに自然に美しい場所、ビーニャ・エデン（エデンの葡萄畑）があります。
レストラン&ビジット: 新鮮なオーガニック食材や地元の小さな生産者のこだわりにインスパイアされたメニューを取り揃え、年中無休で営業しています。 訪問者は、ランチやワイン試飲、ワイナリーやブドウ園へのガイド付きツアーを楽しむことができ、プライベートスペースやワイナリーのソーシャルエリアで社交的または企業的なイベントを企画することができます。
