生まれ育ったカプレーゼのジャンルカシェフをゲストに迎え、島のシェフ一家による本格的な島料理を体験します。 12年にわたるレストラン経営から生まれるプロ意識と細部へのこだわりを、リラックスした雰囲気のガーデンセッティングと組み合わせることで、ゲストはガーデンで採れた果物や野菜を手摘みし、アナカプリのヴィラにある職人の屋外キッチンで調理します！
ジャンルカのオーストラリア人妻ホリーが、興味をそそられる島で、一年中暮らす生活、文化、歴史の物語でゲストをもてなす。
