私の家は海を見渡すパノラマのテラスがあり、歴史的中心部からすぐのところにあります。あなたが積極的に参加する私のコースでは、地元の伝統の典型的なレシピ（マカロニ・アル・フェレット、ストロンガトゥーラ、メカジキ、ストックフィッシュ、油漬け、ドライトマト、塩漬け肉、地元のチーズ）を作ります。典型的な地元の食材を使用します。イタリアの領土の最も代表的なレシピ (ピザ、カルボナーラ、ノルマ、アランチーニ、カノーリ....) が不足することはありません。ベジタリアンメニューの可能性。食物不耐症およびアレルギーについては、予約時に必ず伝える必要があります。事前に合意があれば、地元の市場を訪問する可能性があります。
