ピサ近郊のパスタ料理教室に参加し、世代を超えて受け継がれてきた伝統技術で、新鮮なイタリア語パスタを一から作る方法を学びます。 市内中心部からわずか15分、ピサとルッカの間、オリーブ畑に囲まれた農場にある魅力的なトスカーナの田舎の家を舞台に体験します。
アペリティーボ、新鮮な手作りパスタ、デザートの3つの郷土料理で満喫。
