私たちを際立たせているのは、フヴァル島のユネスコ世界遺産スタリ・グラード平原の中心に位置する家族経営の畑、Poje で提供されるユニークで没入感のある料理体験です。

私たちの料理の特徴は、牧歌的で歴史的な場所 (Poje 畑)、本格的で伝統的な料理 (自家製の食前酒と地元のワイン、フヴァルの盛り合わせ、伝統的なメインコース、家族の畑から採れたエキストラバージンオリーブオイルを使ったデザート)、自家製で自家栽培の食材 (エキストラバージンオリーブオイル、リモンチェッロ、ブランデー、その他の地元産品)、パーソナライズされた親密な雰囲気 (テーブルを囲んでの体験と素晴らしい仲間)、感覚を刺激する冒険 (オリーブ、ブドウの木、ラベンダーに囲まれた味と景色) です。
