イレーナと一緒に、家庭で簡単に繰り返しできる料理や調理法を学びます。 これはインタラクティブなデモンストレーションです：シーフード from A to Z：魚の下ごしらえと切り身、魚スープの秘密、ムール貝（季節限定 ！ ） 本格的な地中海料理を学び、発見し、味わうことができます。
