経験の詳細
ベリーの摘み取り、加工、殻むき、粉砕、焙煎、醸造など、コーヒーの生産を最初から最後まで実践的に理解できます。タンザニアのピーズベリーコーヒー豆は、その独特の風味と香りで世界中で珍重されています。
カップが気に入ったら、コーヒーを焙煎して、他の人へのギフトとして持ち帰ることができます。また、コーヒーにまつわるメールの伝統や、コーヒーがこの地域の主食となった経緯についても学びます。
また、メルー地域の孤児や脆弱な子供たちや家族に力を与える私たちの会社の仕事についても学び、すべての収益は彼らの支援に使われます.
