経験の詳細
カンパニア州の生産者（プライベート送迎付き）に着いたら、ブドウ畑の見学ツアーがあり、その後、従来型、オーガニック、バイオダイナミック、ナチュラルワイン生産の違いを丁寧に説明します。 ツアーの最後には、世界、イタリア、カンパニアのワインの歴史を人類学的に簡単に紹介し、その後タブレットでパワーポイントプレゼンテーションを行います。 その後、テイスティングランチでは、シャルマ方式ワインと比較した先祖伝来の方式ワイン、農場から食卓まで対応した従来型ワインと組み合わせたオーガニックとバイオダイナミックのテイスティングを開始します。
この体験の特徴は、プロのバイリンガルソムリエが専属でゲストをお迎えすることです。 彼らのレベルに合わせて、ワイン検査の技術、フードワインのペアリング技術を教え、リクエストがあればどんな話題でもさらに深めていく。
