この地域の主要なワイナリーで何年も働いた経験があり、一般的な観光パスを超えて、私が故郷と呼ぶ美しいサント・ヴィクトワール渓谷を探索します。
異なる哲学を持つ2つのワイナリーを訪れ、他にはないコート・ド・プロヴァンス・サント・ヴィクトワールのアペラシオンをご覧ください。 ワイン醸造のプロセスを説明し、異なるワインを試飲し、地元のオリーブオイルの試飲を楽しみます。
その後、本格的な丘の上の村を探索したり、ブドウ畑や田園地帯を散策したりすることができます。 伝統的なペタンクゲームと、地元の名物料理、新鮮なヤギのチーズ、プロヴァンサルイチジク、ラベンダーの蜂蜜、地元のハーブ、自宅の庭で採れたオリーブオイルなど、私が用意したグルメなピクニックでリラックスしたひとときを共有します。
