レストランでの料理教室へようこそ。料理芸術とアマルフィ海岸の息を呑むような美しさを組み合わせたユニークな体験です。ポジターノの中心部に位置する当店では、透き通った海の素晴らしい眺めだけでなく、シェフの専門的な指導の下、伝統的なイタリア料理の秘密を発見する機会も提供しています。
私たちの料理クラスは、新鮮な地元の食材を使った本格的な料理の作り方を学びたいおいしい料理の愛好家のために設計されています。レッスン中は、ソレント風ニョッキ、新鮮な魚のグリル、香り高いハーブ添え、この土地の代表的なリキュールである有名なリモンチェッロなどの古典的なレシピの準備に挑戦する機会があります。
