創業者主導のツアー。マハラニ ジンとアイルランド唯一のアブサンの本拠地、コーク市で50年ぶりの蒸留所であるレベル シティ蒸留所を体験してください。市内中心部から徒歩わずか15分です。2020年に設立されたレベル シティは、コークの歴史的なドックランドに新しい命を吹き込むクラフト蒸留所です。何十年も休眠状態にあったコークのランドマークである旧フォード自動車工場に位置するこの蒸留所は、過去の革新を活用して未来の創造にインスピレーションを与えています。2つの創造的な文化の融合。私たちの最初のリリースであるマハラニ ジンは、創業者のルーツであるアイルランドのコークと、夫婦チームのロバートとバグヤの出身地であるインドのケララ州を称えるものです。マハラニは女王を意味し、世界中の強い女性へのオマージュであるとともに、植物の供給元であるインドのケララ州の女性有機農業協同組合へのオマージュでもあります。当社はアイルランドで唯一のアブサンの製造元でもあります。

Really kind host! Explains things well to us and the products are delicious!! I definitely recommend ❤️
It was a lot of fun. Very intimate because it's it's a husband or wife operation which they're trying to expand. We learned a lot about the process of making gin which was new to me.
