A great dining experience in Rhodes!
I had an amazing evening at Monocabin Bistrot, a private dining experience that’s so much more than just a dinner at a restaurant.
The food, prepared by the private chef Viviane, was absolutely delicious and served in a beautiful design setting. It was a thoughtful and fresh reinterpretation of Rhodian cuisine.

Greek Fusion with chilled atmosphere.
A must visit in Ialysos. Greate tastes. Chilled vibes. A fusion of Greek cuisine. Super friendly people. Superb place to escape the summer season crowded dining places of Rhodos town area. The food and service is top notch.

Monocabin Bistro – A Hidden Gem in Ialisos, Rhodes.
The fusion Greek cuisine is amazing—especially the moukassa, which was delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere, with its warm halo lighting, felt modern yet cozy. Service was excellent—friendly and attentive. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Rhodes!
