クラスでは、伝統的なタイ料理を調理する技術に関する専門的な授業を受けます。私が幼い頃から学んだ料理のスキルをママと一緒に練習します。地元の市場を見学しながら、タイ料理で使用される多くの食材について学びます。その後、自分でタイ料理を作る体験が続きます。タイ料理は思ったより簡単で、とても楽しく学べます。また、クラスで学んだすべての詳細なレシピも受け取ります。ビーガンやベジタリアンにも簡単に対応でき、食物アレルギーのある人にも対応できます。お一人様からカップル、グループ、お子様連れのご家族まで大歓迎です。
