この没入型の体験では、コスタリカ料理の美味しさにふけるだけでなく、地元の農産物やコスタリカの料理を定義する他の食材についての知識を得ることができます。コスタリカの典型的な食べ物や飲み物でいっぱいの築120年の建物、セントラルマーケットほど、地元の料理を体験できる場所はありません。 ここで、料理教室の材料も購入します。 セビーチェやエンパナーダ、ピカディージョなど、ラテンアメリカの定番料理を、モヒートやソーダ、トロピカルドリンクをつまみながら調理する。
マーケットからキッチンまで、その国の味を体験する最高の方法はありません。そして、最後には、本物のコスタリカの食通のように感じていただければ幸いです！ クラス終了後は、お腹いっぱいの食事と、一生の思い出となる思い出の頭を持ってホテルへ。

Angel was an amazing guide. He was very knowledgeable and made the entire class fun and entertaining. We learned so much and the food was delicious. We'd highly recommend this cooking class.
It takes 3 to 3 and a half hours. Lots of chopping involved. Could have had sharper knives. Food was good. Angel our guide was personable and informative!!

Excellent morning with Angel, after a visit to the local market we cooked empanadas, plantains, tiburon, guacamole... we learned a lot and we are feasted!!!
