この体験では、コロンビアのカリブ沿岸の本格的な味を現地ガイドと共に探索します。 サンタ・マルタ歴史地区の7つの停留所を訪れ、新鮮なサポテフルーツ、地元のクリーミーなアボカド、ドニャ・ケティの手作りアレパ、ドニャ・ヤミの有名なケイアイ、ココナッツスイーツ、GNAMカフェの特製コロンビアコーヒー、地元のレストランでカリビアンスタイルのパタコーネなどの伝統料理を味わいます。 道中では、家族経営のベンダーに会い、地域の食材について学び、サンタマルタの歴史と文化を食がどのように反映しているかを発見します。 ベジタリアンやヴィーガンの旅行者にも優しいツアーで、ランチもディナーも十分に食べます。
