This is an in-depth explanation of cheeses, duck/goose products, the history of medieval Sarlat. The tastings were thoughtfully prepared and very good. Lena did an excellent job with each option. She was equally conversing for our group in English and French as we had a mixed group. Lena made it easy to get to know the other tourists. Tour was as advertised and the guide Ben spoke clearly in English. Very informative and the tastings were great. Well worth it .

Anna was our guide and she was absolutely wonderful. Folks should know this tour is an overall experience and understanding of Sarlat-La-Caneda. Walking to historic spots, learning about the 1200 year old history of the town, and seeing the elements of its relatively recent renaissance. Learning of the emotional meaning of many landmarks for the local people added to the heart of the tour.
