パレルモのマーケットは、華やかな農産物、クリーミーなリコッタ、新鮮なシーフード、シチリアを代表する屋台料理など、五感で楽しめる饗宴です。 この5時間のツアーでは、市場生活の喧騒と、パレルミターニが毎日食事をする静かな界隈の両方を探索します。
まずはエレガントなカフェでコーヒーとペストリーを味わい、その後、地元の有名シェフを訪ねアンチョビパンゼロッティをいただきます。 そこからは、新鮮なシーフードや市場の名物料理を味わいながら、カポ市場を通り抜け、パレルモ最後の伝統的な人形遣いの工房を訪れます。
Ballaròでは、ピスタチオ、砂糖漬けの果物、地元のワイン、スティッジオラを試食した後、歴史あるユダヤ人街とカルサを通り、パネルレとパレルモの有名な脾臓サンドイッチをいただきます。 職人のジェラートにぴったりの仕上がりになります。
