何世代にもわたってオーストリアの家族で調理され、食べられてきた料理、家族のレシピをみなさんと共有しています！ 伝統的なシュニッツェルとアップルシュトゥルーデル（以上！）を一から準備しています。
ベジタリアンやグルテン不耐症の参加者のためにクラスを調整して喜んでいます。（ビーガンは不可）
