夕食は連れて行った同じチームによる「アンソニー・ブルダン：パーツ・アンノウン」で特集されたポークBBQレストランで起こる。 炭火焼き豚肉と熟成キムチがポイント。 テレビで見た時とまったく変わらず、根性があり、いい場所の雰囲気に浸りながら、BBQや飲み方のエチケットをホストが教えてくれる。
そこから豚足市場とパンケーキ市場を通り過ぎ、伝統的な韓国語パブで夜を過ごします。パンケーキやその他のパブグラッブを楽しみながら、伝統的な韓国語飲料のクラッシュコースを受けます。
昔ながらの唐揚げパブ、カリッとしたチキン、冷たいビールで締めくくる最後のひとときを、3ストップオプションにアップグレードしましょう。
