モンペリエのエスプラナードドロロップで午前 9 時にミニバンで迎えに来て、ラングドックの絵のように美しい田園地帯を北へ向かいます。家族経営のオリーブ農場と、所有者が世代から世代へとサヴォアフェールを受け継いできた 16 世紀の工場を訪問することから始めます。オリーブ、オリーブオイル、ビネガーなどのおいしい製品を味わってください。ミニバンに戻り、ブドウ園とオリーブの木立を通り抜けて伝統的なワイン農園に向かい、ラングドック地方でのワインの生産、醸造、試飲についてすべて学びましょう。訪問は、さまざまなワインの試飲で終わります。モンペリエへの帰着は午後12時30分頃を予定しています
